Vision

So often we wake up and begin our daily regiment. The one thing that has been lost is foresight or vision. For example, it was once very common to wake up and pray or give thanks to our creator for waking us up and allowing us to embark on our daily journey. What's lost in that is the daily journey aspect, the preparation for the day's events that sort of give you a schedule of things to do for that day.
We fast forward to today's youth and ask them about their "vision" or ability to see. At this point, you have to be honest with yourself and state whether or not you have the vision you ask of the young people. I know from personal experience I have problems with seeing past a week and I'm 20 yrs older than most young people I work with so imagine them.
Now that I've answered the question,

they can honestly give me their answer. From personal interaction with many young people throughout the course of my career, I have found that a good portion of youth has a difficult time seeing past tomorrow. Now we ask, "why is that"?
