PROJECT (Circle it)

Circles is a structured process for organizing effective group communication, relationship building, decision-making, and conflict resolution. The circles embodies and nurtures a philosophy of relationship and interconnectedness that can guide us in all circumstances--in and outside of circle. Circles are a particularly appropriate process for working with children, youth, and families.

PROJECT (Vision it)

Improves focus: When youth learn to quiet their mind to visualize, they are actually improving their ability to focus. They are no longer bound by the restrictions of their day. The more they visualize, and the better they get at it, the better their overall Vision becomes. Youth gain Inspiration, boost self-confidence, achieve goals, and feel better better

PROJECT (Write it)

Writing is a most useful tool for thinking, expression, freedom, and healing. Our youth learn to write with confidence and BE creative.

PROJECT (Embody it)

Youth learn to grow and learn to embrace new things every time something changes. Youth discover new insights about different aspects of life. Youth learn lessons even from changes that did not lead to where they wanted to be.

PROJECT (Pay yourself)

Youth are introduce to their first business, "their life." They learn ways to properly manage and service the first order of the business. With the stipend youth receive for their participation in the group, they are able to pay themselves first.

Youth work: magazine publication, apparel design, intro to graphic design, most importantly youth improve the qualities that ensure a success life.

PROJECT (Create it)

Youth use the tools given and create the desired lifestyle they have visualized on paper (monthly, quarterly, and/ or yearly goals) then through manifestation.
